Introduction

AH-280 Automated Device Programming System is specifically designed for the requirements of minimum cost with the highest throughput at 3000 units per hour. Its patent rotary arm and customizable mobile platform offer the highest mechanical speed while remaining flexible for integrating various modules including vision inspection systems.

The universal programming system supports SPI, Nand, Nor flash, MCU, MCP, Microcontroller, eMMC, SRAM, eeprom, PLD…etc. in reel/tape packing.

l   Upgraded Robotic Arms
AH-280 universal programming system offers an upgraded rotary robotic arm and two horizontal arms with four vertical axes equipped with specially designed nozzles at both ends for device pick & place. The repeatability is ensured by the precise motors of each axis.

l   Universal IC Programmers
The built-in 6-12 units of Leaptronix ultra speed universal programmers provide a wide range of supported devices including SPI, Nand, Nor flash, MCU, MCP, Microcontroller, eMMC, SRAM, eeprom, PLD…etc.

l   HDCP Programming Function(Optional)
AH-280 universal programmer meets the requirements of various file formats and also offers an optional HDCP serial programming function.

l   CCD Position Module(Optional)
CCD position modules of high pixels for faster coordinates adjusting come as an option.

l   Supporting Various IC Packages
Various optional adapters are provided for IC packages such as WLCSP, LQFP, BGA, QFN, TSOP, SOP … etc.

l   Absolute Coordinates
Every operation site from the tiniest to the largest is based on absolute coordinates throughout the whole designing, production, and assembly process. This provides the easiest operation with little configuration requirement.

Marking modules capable of marking in dot, digits, and letters can be equipped for reel/tape out-put media.
