Để dán dính trong quá trình hàn sóng có yêu cầu bảng mạch được cách ly bề mặt tiếp xúc với thiếc nóng chảy. Có thể được dùng cho các điểm hàn, các móng lẫy, lỗ vít, lỗ đục rỗng, linh kiện điện tử và các vật cần bảo vệ khác, các sản phẩm điện tử có lớp sơn phủ keo (conformal coating) để bảo vệ linh kiện nhạy cảm.

Recommend curing condition: Khuyến nghị điều kiện khô (lưu hoá)
Cured at 150℃ conditions in 5mins, 15mins at 120℃ curing conditions; Curing speed depends on the heating equipment and the size of the object to be bonded. According to the heating device and the object to be bonded suitably adjusted cure time.
Khô ở 150℃ trong 5 phút, khô sau 15 phút ở điều kiện 120℃; Tốc độ khô (lưu hoá) tuỳ thuộc vào thiết bị gia nhiệt và kích thước đối tượng được dán keo.
Properties after curing：Các đặc tính sau lưu hoá (khô)

Prevent contamination during the assembly process. Ngăn chặn ô nhiễm trong suốt quá trình gia công. 6. Non-stick tin, tin does not burst. Không dính thiếc, không làm vỡ thiếc. 7. Can be completely decomposed by microorganisms, meet environmental requirements. Có thể phân huỷ hoàn toàn bởi vi sinh vật, đáp ứng yêu cầu về môi trường.

At 8℃~28℃ in a cool dry place sealed。 Ở 8℃~28℃ ở nơi khô mát và kín. Shelf life: 6 months Hạn dùng 6 tháng.
Directions for use: Cách dùng
1. Clean the surface: The surface to be coated finishing clean, remove rust, dust and oil and so on. Làm sạch bề mặt: bề mặt cần phủ cần sạch, loại bỏ bụi bẩn và dầu mỡ v.v... 2. The cure: 2mm-thick layer, placed at room temperature for about 2 hours may be dried or baked at 120℃ in 15 minutes. Lưu hoá (khô keo): một lớp dày 2mm, có thể khô ở nhiệt độ phòng sau 2 giờ hoặc hấp nhiệt ở 120℃ trong 15 phút.
Repair function: Khả năng sửa chữa

Clean function：Khả năng làm sạch

Khi keo được gỡ bỏ ra rồi, bạn có thể dùng một bàn trải nhựa vệ sinh keo cặn còn sót lại đi, khi vệ sinh thì dùng lực nhẹ để tránh làm hỏng bảng mạch, cặn keo có thể được làm sạch bằng cồn IPA.
Remark: Excessive brushing will increase the damage to the plate surface. Lưu ý đừng tỳ chải mạnh để tránh làm hỏng lớp mạ của bảng mạch
Notice：Chú ý
1. At 94℃~120℃ temperature to avoid more than two hours; at 120℃~149℃ to avoid more than one hour. Tránh ở nhiệt độ 94℃~120℃ trong nhiều hơn 2 giờ; tránh ở nhiệt độ 120℃~149℃ nhiều hơn 1 giờ. 2. Do not have poured glue and then back into the original packaging to avoid contamination of the glue. Đừng đổ lại keo vào lọ khi đã bơm ra ngoài rồi để tránh làm nhiễm bẩn keo. 3. Do not put in the refrigerator or under high-temperature, container is appropriate when saving the opacity can be stored at room temperature.
